Summit Inbound LLC is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable FCC regulations and carrier guidelines governing telephone and text message communications.
STOP to any messageHELP or email hello@summitinbound.comThe Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a federal law that restricts telemarketing communications and the use of automated telephone equipment. It establishes requirements for obtaining consumer consent before making certain types of calls or sending text messages, and it provides consumers with the right to opt out of such communications at any time.
Summit Inbound LLC takes TCPA compliance seriously. We have implemented policies and technical controls to ensure all telephone and SMS communications comply with the TCPA, FCC rules, and applicable carrier guidelines including A2P 10DLC registration requirements.
Summit Inbound obtains consent before sending SMS messages through the following mechanism:

By submitting the form, the user expressly consents to be contacted by Summit Inbound via phone call, email, and text message for purposes related to their inquiry, including scheduling and demo follow-up.
Consent obtained through our website form is opt-in only. We do not purchase contact lists, scrape phone numbers, or send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not affirmatively submitted their information to us.
We maintain records of all consent, including the date and time of form submission, the information provided, and the source of consent. These records are retained for a minimum of four years in accordance with TCPA recordkeeping best practices.
